About Us

Make a real difference every day

At Endeavour Foundation, we support people with disability to live the life they choose - and our Support Workers are at the heart of that mission.

If you're compassionate, reliable, and motivated by purpose, this is your opportunity to do meaningful work while building a rewarding career.

About the role

As a Disability Support Worker, working within our Supported Independent Living homes, you'll provide person-centred support that empowers people with disability to build independence, confidence and connection. No two days are the same - one day you might be supporting someone to learn new life skills, the next helping them get out into the community or achieve a personal goal.

You'll be part of a supportive team that genuinely cares about the people we support - and about each other.

Multiple roles available working in our SIL home based in Warwick Queensland. Permanent Part time hours with 45 per fortnight including overnights and weekend shifts. If you have good general availability and willing to do overnight shifts- apply now! Ideal applicant will be local resident of this area based in Warwick.

  • The capacity to meet the physical requirements as manual handling tasks are involved
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous but not required
